Call of Misery started as an unofficial port of Misery 2 to Call of Chernobyl but has since gone on to add its own features and changes. There are now many addons for CoM itself, most of which are released in Russian. This mod has CoM and some of the popular addons for CoM along with some of the translations for them. Credit will be given in each mod and addon to the creators and translators.

I am about 4 days in and now near enough every time I ask an NPC for a job they say "Sorry, I have nothing for you." I asked everyone in Rostok and all I got was a clear sky guy in the bar wanted 2 loaves of bread. Is this normal do I need to wait a while or venture to other areas or is something wrong here? I thought maybe it was because I had too many missions open so I finished 3 or 4 of them but still nothing. The others seem to be areas I can't reach because I need an SSP suit but I can't seem to find this for sale anywhere yet either. Update: I'm fairly sure it was because I had to many active quests, as I sorted a few of them out and people have started giving me jobs again. On a side note, is there any way of removing missions via the console, or worst case killing the NPC the job is for? I got a job to defend Rostok and now the guy won't talk to me any more, he just says to speak to the commander. Not a huge concern, as long as I don't get stuck with a few active missions and it causes this problem again, so I figured if he disappears it should remove the job for me. Edited by: neilbreach240 |
