SRt3 it's a San Andreas Mod, that retextures the entire map. It is at least the initial name of the project which the goal is to retexture any piece/object of San Andreas by textures of much higher quality.

It's a good mod. But the palm trees in grove street looks too contrast with the environment which makes the game look ugly imo. Other than that it's a very good mod. I like it.
