This is a Sp-MP mod for Warband 1.153.The story takes place in the coast of the Mediterranian, in the 1 century B.C., when the roman republic becomes an empire. The germans attack this empire. The best roman general, Gaius Marius becomes consul. What will YOU do? Will you join the barbarians, and destroy Rome; or follow the eagle, and fight like a son of Mars?!!!
Features:
- Sorry, but Native map (and of course, names will only be correct =not native= if you play in english)
- 7 new factions, goes as : Roman Empire, The German Hordes, Gauls, Parthia and Eastern Satraphies, Iberia and Germania.
- All new troops, heroes and lords
- New arena teams: gladiator groups (eg: Murmillio, Provocator, etc)

some of those things are not OSP and you had no permission to use it

well i am sorry man, but here is no other solution
i belive you wont get permision form all those ppl i listed here (even if i let you use mine work here)
so i guess next time before you start puting things in your new mod you will take care about resources you are going to use
No, you should not be sorry, you were right. It was a mistake from me to upload the mod, but as always, I gave it a try. Anyways, I won't make trouble from this, since you were the first one who I've been able to settle disagreements in a cultured way... so thats's life
Oh, and one more thing (PS, if you like it :D )
There's another way to upload this mod without using other's work without permission: What if I say that if players wanna play this mod, they shall do the following:
-download the mod WITHOUT the afore-mentioned items,
- and then download Romae Bellum, Lynores' helmets, Rome at war etc. mods and copy all textures (and maybe resouce files) to my mod's folder from the other one's textures folders????? 'cause I have only changed troops.txt, parties.txt, party_templates.txt and item_kinds.txt, nothing else!
I think that would not be against the rules :)
technically every player (moder) can use every resource they can find and till it is by just own use (it not a stealing (or a bad thing))
unfortunately if you add lines that you need to do it by this way that you need to get files from here, here, and there, and add it right in this mod (well i believe in some cases that could be recognized that it is not totally legal thing)
any way i believe that will be 100x better than you release mod without permission to use items
