Don't argue with this person, he is absent minded. He is one of those intelectual property fighters. Some people just don't see the difference between publisher loosing their money because of piracy, and noone loosing anythig because using content from other game in freeware modification, where all models are hard coded and can't be re-imported back to 3D Max or else.
If there was no 3D Ripper Dx, the only modern warfare mod for MOW would be EFAE.
Anyway, he is just trolling and gaining attention. Ignore him for once, it's impossible to make normal conversation with such person.

I'm speaking about POT mod, that gave other modders a push to start modding. If you don't know - shattered lands, one of the team is Kastrenzo in fact, were starting thier mod, basing on content from Pot. There no other finished modern mods except for EFAE, that are based on their own content. And a lot of unfinished, that will never be released.
How do you know they took stuff from your mod? this seems like blatant contriving to shift attention towards innocent developers...

The only model i can think from Arma here can be only Iotv ACU vest. But it looks absolutely different to the one from Arma.
