i need some help here ive been looking at this mod for awhile and here it goes..... i got the game installed on my computer and i download the mod and then it asks me to find the file C:\Program Files\Stardock\TotalGaming
to which i save the folder to but heres the problem i dont have the file TotalGaming can someone help me here plz cuz i want to use the mod i even created a profile on this site to get help
Try doing a search for your "Sins of a Solar Empire" folder. (In Windows XP, for example, click start, then search, then "all files or folders", then type in "Sins of a Solar Empire" and click search.) This should show you where your copy of the game is installed. It's probably somewhere in Program Files.
Once you have found that folder, you can install SolarFlair by copying the "Sins of the Solar Empire" folder that came in the install directory of the mod into the same place as the "Sins of a Solar Empire" folder you just found by searching. If you're putting it in the right place, windows will ask if you want to overwrite the existing files. You should click "yes to all" then.

K, ziped it to my mod folder, enabled it yet there seems to be no diff in the weapon graphics
You need to follow the directions in the readme to install the mod. Copy the "Sins of a Solar Empire" folder from the "Install" directory of SolarFlair into the same location as your existing "Sins of a Solar Empire" folder, which is C:\Program Files\Stardock\TotalGaming for most people. Windows will ask if you wish to overwrite the existing files. Select "yes to all."
Hey, where are the 1.0 vid and screenies? I want to see the Advent, TEC, and Vasari blowing the hell out of each other with even bigger explosions and cooler weapons. Also, is this mod compatible with multiplayer? Because if I have to uninstall every1 time I want to play online, it will be annoying.
What version of the game is this for ?
It should be compatible with all versions of the game since release.
omg, could take 6 hours O.O thank you btw for this mods ^.^ I just startign to get into the mods this week and this is going to be my real first one ^^
SolarFlair 1.0 has been released and will be available for download as soon as it has been authorized. Demonstration screenshots and video will be coming over the next few days.
