Socialist Tension is a Single player Half-Life 2 mod, where you are in the role of a Contract killer, who was sent to City 17 for his next assignment. His client, one of the citizens of City 17 wants you to assassinate Dr. Breen and put an end to his domination. But he doesn't know that the "death" of Dr. Breen will lead to tragic consequences and thus your only hope is to get out of City 17 as soon as fast. Good luck.

The mod only adds some new maps, there aren't any weapon/NPC changes.

Reading the horrible grammar on this board, it's no wonder Garry installed a Smartness detector on Facepunch Studios.
This was a short but enjoyable mod. It was fun assasinating Dr. Breen and had some very creative parts. I think these days most mod makers concentrate on legth rather than quality.
All i got in the zip was a file, dont know what format cause it doesnt show! Whats wrong?
well, i didnt know where i should go, all the doors were locked, so i took all the boxes and made stairs over the first field generator :D this is good game, but more hints please :D
Very well done, I would like to see more of this...
Perhaps with no zombies? (Hobos that try to mug ya? :D)
Humans instead of combine? (I'm sure there are alot of human models out there.)
Real weapons? (You could just take the CSS ones.)
Then I would really, really, really, like it. Now I just really like it.
I can't get started because I can not find the wepons. I am over looking something and need a specific tip.
You'll pick up the weapons when you are told to do so.
