The aim of this mod is to add in the old locations from ShoC and Clear Sky, and to provide an enhanced and extended gameplay experience while (mostly) sticking to the vanilla storyline. At this point, the mod (v0.45 alpha)contains 37 locations total, approx. 200 weapons, lots of new armors, items, artifacts and anomalies.

Wondering if there could be similar tunnels like these where Dark Valley leads to Cordon & Garbage tunnel with the train leads to Agroprom.

Since this is the Zone, in all it's mysteriousness, who's to say the Zone didn't create this "metro" for stalkers it favors?

exactly, in fact, there already is a train yard beneath jupiter factory in CoP (where the 2 burers are). Also there is one in jupiter underground map. The Bunker (x10) is also connected via railway and the NPP has a big train yard as well.

yeap, Pripyat' was pretty small town. Not enough population to build metro station system. Besides I have an idea - Soviet Union was famous for it's secret facilities (bunkers and second underground level of Moscow Metro is pretty famous these days among diggers and stalkers). What if there was some secret facilities in Chernobyl and why do not power them by nuclear plant? Seems pretty realistic and stuff, so they need secret ways to get stuff in and out. Stalker is fiction, why not then? O-consciousness and such, so let it be pre-disaster cold-war **** and all.

The stairways are all the same, they end after a couple of meters like the one with the trader, I'll put bedrooms, stash boxes and mechanics/doctors there. What you see in the video is basically the whole level, it's very small.

I think this is great work and I really salute you for doing this.
A suggestion for enhancing the atmosphere even further here would be to dim the lights at a noticeable level. Seeing the stalkers move in this dark place and have the bonfires live up the shadows in a hectic pace would add greatly to the mood. At least it would for me. Awesome job!

I'll figure something out for the lighting, probably create new lamp objects for it. People raised concerns about the campfires, and although I agree to a point that it would be not such a good idea to have campfires in a bunker like structure, they are part of the stalker atmosphere (2 of them are build into the maps so I couldn't remove them anyway). I'm undecided about that. Another thing is if you dim the lights too much, everything gets turned into black objects, so I'll have to fiddle a bit with that to find a compromise.

Great job dude, I can say entrance is so cool, but I think hallway is big a bit or its empty, I suggest you add pillars of middle of the hallway just a few and reduce the size of ground texture... add something like a machine to empty space, I like the stair's area a lot.
