There's life in the old dog yet. The rumors of my demise have been greatly exaggerated.
What is true is that my old PC died and due to personal circumstances and career changes I simply couldn't afford a new one. Until now.
All mod files are safe and I'll get back to work shortly. Since it's been quite a while since I last touched the mod it will take some time to get back on track, but it also provides me with a fresh look on things and a new perspective.
It's sad to see that the German community almost completely vanished with planet-stalker shutting down (where you guys at these days?) but it is also nice to see some big mods emerging and things getting done that most never deemed possible. Looking forward to checking out Lost Alpha and Misery and then get back into modding.
Extra special thanks for the warm welcome back I received so far and your continued support for a mod many deemed dead and gone.

It's good to be back!

This patch enables you to use CrommCruac's AtmosFear 3 mod with S.m.r.t.e.r. Pripyat v0.41. It is a 'lite' version so you will have to download the mods...

Yes its possible, and I'm sure Smrtphoneusr will do it. Doesn't hurt to make a little variety in acquiring the new guns whether it be from killing stalkers, finding them in the green boxes or stashes, or buying them from specific traders. :)

Thanks for taking the time to make the smrter mod, and the next installment looks amazing.
I especially like that you have to use batteries with your flashlights and that your armor physically breaks with damage, gives a Metro 3032 feel to Stalker which I think will be awesome. It's little things like those which will make this mod great.

Did you use the 'less aggressive ai' option? It dumbs down the zombies to how they act in the vanilla game and decreases the range at which they engage enemies. Otherwise they should be pretty agressive towards all, although all enemy npc will engage the actor first, prioritizing it over any other hostile creature, that's just the way the engine works.

smrt, i have an issue, i was entering jupiter underground tunnel to pripyat, and you need an closed cicle respiratory suit, i didnt had 31000 roubles fro seva suit, but i founded at one of the stashes in jupiter factory, that duty suit with closed cicle respiratory system, but in underground i died, like i was having a normal suit.Can i use one of thos two types of gas mask, the one from the begining stash, or the one at the train near yanov station?Does they work in underground?Or what new suit (from smrter mod) works as seva?, i mean to let you resist in underground tunnel.

only the regular seva will work properly for that mission, due to its specs. I didn't want to allow other suits (even similar) because it would make the mission too easy and the progress too fast if you could just use (more or less) any suit you find.

yes, i understand you, anyway i managed to pass the jupiter underground, with that duty scientific suit , with an stone blode artifact, so +3 protection anti chemical , plus +6 that suit had upgraded, for combating chemical hazard.
