The aim of this mod is to add in the old locations from ShoC and Clear Sky, and to provide an enhanced and extended gameplay experience while (mostly) sticking to the vanilla storyline. At this point, the mod (v0.45 alpha)contains 37 locations total, approx. 200 weapons, lots of new armors, items, artifacts and anomalies.
Draft compile. Not sure if I will use this Level at all...
oh please keep it O_O
This is almost like a bad April fool's joke... Almost. Depends on whether you will use this map or not. It's a nice big map... maybe you can add some features to it.
I must admit i thought about putting a big "canceled" sign on the start page today^^
The thing with the swamp map is, although i like it a lot, it's widely unfinished in terms of terrain and level design. So a lot of work is required to get things right.
So in other words it might be a good idea to leave it alone for now.
Yeah, it will definately be in the final version, but 0.45 is still an alpha so i don't think it's necessary just yet.
hi when you finish 0.45 what will be needed machine wise for it to run well
I mean will it be the same specs as the vanilla version or what do you reckon will be needed ? (minimum) also have you done any mods for any of the stalker range with auto installer( .exe.)
I don't have an up to date PC myself (64bit Win7 on AMD X2 6000+, ATI HD4850, 4GB Ram) so the specs will be somewhat above the vanilla ones but still pretty reasonable.
Also I don't see why an Installer would be necessary, copy the gamedata folder in the Stalker dir and you're good to go, who needs an installer for that?^^ (might do one for the options pack though)
thats a good idea. :)
Above vanilla? :( Because of the dynamic fog I suppose.
Every mod that adds meshes and textures will lead to increased system load. Particles can also decrease performance, but I don't use them excessively.
