This is m249 with a completely new animations,that i have made from scratch.

I really hope, it's still work in progress.
Why not just use the original animations for all the weapons? 'Cause yours are just kind of...bad, and ontop of that unnecessary.
it took you THAT long to load a HL1 map?
1. He is using fraps which makes the game lag ALOT
2. His computer might not be good and the source engine takes forever to load maps
3.Npcs, weapons, and gore from smod
STICK WITH THE ORIGINAL ANIMS!
