Slums mod for Half-Life 2

Wow. Slums is a very good first effort. It shows talent and a fine mapping skill. I liked this focussed
approach on closed quarter combat instead of some overambitioned BS with "new content" like textures
models and such. This excellent feeling for the level of difficulty is rarely seen in a first release.

This was a decent game. Level Design was excellent and amo was plentiful l enough just to keep you on the edge too look for more. The biggest downfall of this game is the length, lack of story line, and its in and entirely different language. But if you want a good twenty minuets of specular level design and halfway decent action I would recommend trying this mod out.

nice leveldesign i wait for slums 2! Also great thing about this mod is the placing of enemy's, some scarry moments and the zombine was a great surprise.

I`m spent about 3 months to create this mod. Maybe it is not so fast, because i`m study. Now i`m worked on Slums 2 and progress more faster then ever.

The story didn’t get any clearer when playing the game, I guess it’s just randomly Freeman in an apartment building for no reason trying to get out of it. The apartments looks pretty good and this mod actually got me scared several times. Very good placement of zombies and stuff, especially the zombine took my by complete surprise.

Yes, i do 2nd part and it is simply called "Slums Part 2". In new levels you can be on city streets, subway station and other.

That's the best description ever, I'm gonna play it!

i have just played this mod and by god its good.

i know nothing about building a mod but i know what i like and this is good, do you plan to extend it or is this a one off?
