First, I want to make a special mention to nowa-ru who helped provide a stable load order and has helped out in the comments of the mod. Thanks! :) Also to INtense! who uploaded the mod download to moddb, as I was unable to do so easily on my end.
Now to Skyrim Anime Overhaul, which was released last year to moddb. However due to the size was unavailable to download easily. One had to use mega.nz which provided annoyances to many due to the bandwidth download cap the site has.
For those who have not heard of the mod; Skyrim Anime Overhaul changes the gameplay, graphics and adds lots of content. The overhaul is NOT for low end PCs, and may not work that great on mid-end systems either (unless you are okay with 30 or so FPS, which is what consoles use anyway).
For what the mod does. Every NPC (or most of them) is changed to a female (which some may or may not like), new lands are added, towns and cities have been vastly improved, the gameplay is made much harder (expect to die...A LOT! like a rogue-like almost, without the perma-death) and characters look more anime-like. Lots of new quests, crafting and even entire skill trees are different. Which the name of the mod may not be the most fitting, outside of the changed character races, as the mod does far more than "anime-fi" Skyrim. Here are some screenshots of what the mod looks like, along with a video.
As a last note, you'll still have to download the expansions (on the mod page in the files) to the mod released for version 1. The Dawnguard and Dragonborn updates add a lot of their own content as well. The fixed load order is also required for a stable game. Its fairly straight forward to getting it playable, as everything is done through mod organizer. Outside of getting the fixed load order working (done by replacing the load order in mod organizer folder) and copying over the expansion updates, its almost all automated :)
Check out Skyrim Anime Overhaul :) May not be for everyone (as true for any mod or game), as it is vastly different than vanilla Skyrim. But, hopefully you enjoy whats been done with this.
