This Mod contains 20 mostly new maps and missions with a huge number of different units and a high attention on map details, textures and design.
I spend over 1.500 hours in the editor to create all these. So please feel free to leave any kind of feedback or comments but please take your time too and don't just say e.g. "It's boring" "It's good" "It's F***" I need real feedback with details and proposals with things you like and don't like.
- Dowload the mod (SirHinkel's Testmissions)
- Unzip the file with e.g. winrar
- Copy the folder (SirHinkel's Testmissions) to ...steam/steamapps/common/men of war assault squad/mods
- Copy the "game_progress.set" file which is located in the "SirHinkel's Testmissions" folder to ...documents/my games/men of war - assault squad/profiles/your_profil/ and replace the existing "game_progress.set" file and don't forget to make a backup of it!
- Start the game and go to "options / mods" select "SirHinkel's Testmissions" and press activate
- You're done!
Don't forget to put the game_progress.set file to: ...documents/my games/men of war - assault squad/profiles/your_profil/
otherwise you have to play all maps one after another!
And Don't forget to make a backup of your game_progress.set file!
These missions are made for singleplayer. They're Coop-ready but it may be necesseary to reduce the texturequality during coop-games!

Hi. me and a friend is playing your maps and they are awesome. BUT we have a big problem almost all maps crash.
we get program will be terminated when it crashes. and no we dont have any other mods enabled.
before 4.0 we didnt have these many crashes. maybe 2-3 maps crashes but now almost all maps are crashing at random times.
have you tried to reduce the texture quality / shadows etc. ?
I have reduced my texture quality from ultra to high and we played a map and it seems to be a little bit better. going to try other maps aswell to see if it works. still crashes but this time it was when we almost won.

You have given back a youth "men of war AS" you're task is very good.
You want a constructive comment, so here I do ais find some weak point, the planes spits every time, that may be changing the value of its aircraft santiago can change the problem?

yes, sadly sometimes the plane-support hits churchtowers or something. But if I increase the altitude you won't see much from it anymore since only the ju-87 does a real nosedive.
sirhinkel you have done a fantastic mode is almost perfect but there are a couple of things that can be improved in my opinion infact in almost all maps the at guns and howitzers do not come to the place where you called them and the heavy thanks can be purchased just at the end of the map maybe shoud be available in the middle of the map so that they can be useful any way i love your mod i can't give up to game it

the at-guns not going where you ordered them is often caused by bad pathfinding. I can't do much about it.
Heavy tanks late availability: Thats because I can't make the maps any bigger. So I would have to put the flagpoints closer to each but then you could simply rush from one to another. The second option would be to make them become available much early but then noone would order the medium tanks anymore. So as long as MoW can't handle bigger maps I won't change much.
Hey SirHinkel, how would one go about making MP regenerate on a map? I don't want to to change depending on flags owned just a standard MP regenerate rate, any help is appreciated :)
Please don't post the same question on both forums (dms / here) especially when dj always answers faster then I can ;)
