I'm not sure if this has been proposed or not, but would it be possible to add radio chatter from Freelancer as a sort of ambient noise in the vicinity of trade ports or largely populated areas of space?

I have no idea as to how likely an addition to game that would be, but it certainly would enhance the atmosphere and give it a very 'Freelancer' feel. Just taking a look at this screenshot makes me think of "Freelancer Alpha 1-1, you are clear to launch. Good luck out there".
