ok few problems..no atmosphere at all felt bland all the way through..i dont get the story didnt feel like anything was their..no mementos i had the chemistry pot and sulpher and acid but i felt like they didnt do anything..its detailed well the game is really bad though the latern provides no light at all..fun in eyesight but i was getting so bored

Encountered an annoying bug in the level where you get the acid and chemistry pot. *WARNING SPOILER*
I made my way up the broken stairs and headed left into the room with the closet. After I picked up the key, the monster sprang from the closet and killed me instantly haha. However, when I respawned, I no longer had the key and the level door would not allow me to leave. I cannot progress at all! Help??
This is game breaking, halts you from leaving the level, and I'm working on it for the patch.
A temporary fix is to enable the debug menu and use that to change level to the hub.
I have had a problem with the chemistry pot. when I pick it up. then amnesia crashes. can you help or fix it?
This is because you have the AMFP patch on from the forums, and you are not using the correct .exe from the .bat.
In order to fix this, edit the text of the bat and redirect it from "Amnesia.exe" to "AmnesiaTest131111.exe" (Or alternative version of the patch.
I will not be putting out a fix for this since the patch for the game that causes this crash has not yet been finished.
I have fixed the problem. somehow I had the AmnesiaTest131111 as a WinRAR file. it took a while to figure it out but what I did was that I extracted all the files into the main amnesia folder and replaced the files. then I reinstalled amnesia and it worked. but, I seem to be stuck. I have found the sulfur, acid and the container. but what do I do with it? I'm in the sort of tunnels place.
You'll have to make another type of acid with it. There's a certain area the doctor set up for experiments that you can use.
But I have a AmnesiaTest131111 and a amnesia.exe from before. I didn't really understand what u just said right now =P
