WOOO Caldari are teh best. Although won't the Archon have advantage at close range since the Amar are more close range knife fight orientated, unless the Caldari player is using pulse guns (I think thats what they are)
LoL, I have been playing EvE since July 03' so this conversation makes me laff! The Caldari have close range blasters as they are called, but carriers offer no weapon slots whatsoever, they rely soley on fighters / drones for damage, aside from the occasional Smart Bomb blast.
Carriers are logistical beasts, they can tank a beating, 1-2 carriers against another carrier would sit there for hours duking it, or at least till backup arrived!
Racial attributes don't make a whole lot of difference in EvE due the complete control of ships by the fitting menu, of course in Sins we can not reproduce this, so we will have to work out how each race will make war, but in Sins all races did roughly similar Damage based on cost. Vasari had advanced missile tech, we could do things of that nature. Figuring out damage in this mod is going to be ,,,, well interesting to say the least.

>.> errrr thanks. I also didn't get past extensive knowledge on making a kick *** shield tanking ferox. 375 shield regen a second on like 20k shields or something. can't remember exact details. Also had tech two railguns but couldn't hit **** with them :C
