Revolutions has been canceled due to my development team shrinking down to just me and one other person, inability to texture, time constraints, other projects taking precedence, and the biggest thing, real life.
Here is another new Planet Type. This one i just recently made the Effect for. Phase Tears are rips in Phase Space. I really dont know what they do or what i'll make them do but they are cool nonetheless.
so what does it do?
I'm not sure exactly. I just made it up and didn't really think of a purpose. Most likely though since it is a tear in phase space and disrupts that area with shattered phase space, it will most likely slow phase jumping out of that area not as much as phase disruptors but a substantial amount.
