Description
Replacing the Venator-class Star Destroyer Command unit, this VSD-I features the Coordinated Targeting and Clone Cohesion abilities of the former, while also sporting Torpedo Salvo and the battle-ready chassis of a Victory-class.

That looks very much like the same model used in Star Wars Interregnum. Did you do a swap or something?

That being said, the model was made by Maxloef, in part due to my request for a new VSD. Goa and I are in contact and frequently exchange models/skins between one and other.
