There are many more (near 250), it's only a example.
The last three in the bottom are the Silmarils?
Yes, single silmarils...there's another one (not included in the preview pic) with the 3 at once.
Silmarils are items that you may win (they have conexions with some other scripts) and when you won them you must choice between leave it or take the jewel...their effects are bad to the player.
