Help Wanted news - SIDESCROLLIN SHOOTA Mod for Half-Life

I have to say that there are some good mods out there. But nothing has entirely satisfied me in the platformer genre. So I said: Why not make my own? I am very new to this but I have some art talent and could be a concept artist, and I do know a little about mapping, but I am not good at it. So, here's the story. In this mod you can choose your character, and then play the 5 level campaign with him. There will also be a ctf mode for multiplayer because deathmatch sidescrolling is hard and hiding and cover is nearly impossible. The story will NOT take place in the Half-Life, or half life 2 universe and will NOT be in any way different then the world today. However I do think some SuperHuman stuff would be cool, (Matrix Fighting, stuff like that). So here is the story. You are Either Cpl. John Davis, a soldier. Dr. Roberts, a doctor. Or Jay a criminal bank robber. All are mutants, or super human.
