Shadowing Hate - true total conversion for Quake 4 Shadowing Hate is a futuristic total conversion game project from Violation Entertainment using the Doom 3 engine, focusing on bringing an entirely new gaming experience to Doom 3/Quake 4 players, straying from demons and zombies, it will no longer be visually recognisable as Quake 4. It will have a variety of different environments and features using a different approach to detail. The project will also have a high-detail release, containing the original high-resolution textures and models. Shadowing Hate is based a number of decades from now, a story about a plan for global domination by means of a high-tech robotic terrorism, corrupted multimillion dollar corporations and secret technology development worldwide.
We have 4 new WIP shots up, finally. The lack of progress lately has been due to working on an entirely different game project for an entirely different platform, but we are now still as serious about Shadowing Hate as ever and hope to have newer, more complete and much higher-res screenshots for you all very soon.

Unlike all the other map shots, 2 of these new ones are by mapper DeeP (aka Hotwheeler) and not by myself. DeeP is bringing a new sensibility to the realism we're aiming for with the project, and raising the standards with his unique approach to details. We'd really love to know what you all think of this latest work.

Nice to hear that you're back, I even thought for a while the project is dead. Well, I (luckily) was wrong!
Well, the project _was_ dead for a time, but only due to development of the NintendoDS project. Now that's nearing completion, it's back to 3D PC stuff, which means Shadowing Hate.
Looking good here. I hope to see it finished someday. Hopefully soon.
Not likely with currently only 2 people working on the project. Like many other projects, we're just not getting any recruits to the team. All we can do is continue progress and hope it's enough to build more of a team with.
