Hey all,
As you may know, Shadow and Flame was cancelled at the start of this year due to the team moving on to Age of the Ring. We are now releasing the last internal version that was worked on. There are a bunch of bugs still remaining, but the mod is quite playable.
If you want to use parts of this mod for your own project, these simple conditions apply:

Private use: you can do whatever you want.

Public use: If you want to use our work in a public release, you will need to ask permission by sending a PM to MathijsRevora and provide credits afterwards.
The mod does not come with an installer. To install the mod, follow these steps:
- Make sure you have BFME1 patched to 1.06
- Unzip the downloaded file and move SaF.BIG into your 'My Battle for Middle-earth Files' folder. To find this folder, type %appdata% into your Windows search bar.
- After that, create a duplicate shortcut for BFME1 on your desktop, right click, go to Properties, and add the following to the text in your Target field: ' -mod SaF.big', after which the text should read "C:\Program Files (x86)\EA GAMES\The Battle for Middle-earth (tm)\lotrbfme.exe" -mod SaF.big, substituting C:\ for whatever drive it says for you.
- Play the mod and ignore the bugs.

Sorry guys but can't be played. When I click to play in skirmish it crashes.
Delete your skirmish profile in your My Battle for Middle-earth Files.
Really? I guess I will have to back it up then... I have a long lasting profile :|

I deleted my skirmish profiles, and still crashes when I click skirmish. SO what files need to be deleted? Also, if other mod files are in the folder, will it not work?
Delete all skirmish stats. There must be 2 skirmish stats here.
