A new evil faction, new heroes, spells and units for original factions, new maps, and campaign-compatible. Shadow and Flame is a modern reimagining of BFME1.
Kwen is working on SaF AI, starting with getting them to use new SaF units, heroes, and spells. So far, Mordor's kicking ass with our new stuff (and building too many Haradrim Palaces...).
You might also notice something else that's new.

I am actively trying to re-balance the building system so that the AI builds (in random configurations) a proper selection of different buildings instead of these duplicates. Do note that currently they do not always build two Orc Barracks' and three Haradrim Palaces.
is the something else the new bfme2 animations that the nazgul has?
Well, the converted BFME2 animations are new (thanks to NDC, btw), but that's not what I meant.

Nice, but there are 3 new differences 1) new orc barracks 2) Cirith Ungol like tower Fortress and 3) it also has deffensive buildplots (baricades from bfme 2)
1 and 2 is correct but I don't think they have defensive build plots on citadel they are just visual
True, but the new fortress was already shown in earlier screenshots. ;)
And Striker's right, the barricades are just a visual.

Do you have new models for defensive sentry towers or they are same ? I think it should be different for every evil faction like good factions

I love the Orc Barracks design in this mod! Makes Mordor look more coherent! May I please use it for the Mordor Orc Pit redesign in my Battle for Middle-earth Two mod "The Eastern Kingdoms"? And, if I'm allowed to then who do I credit for this Mordor Orc Pit redesign, Mathijs or Kwen?
