There is an ancient and powerful race, the Eternals, who waged the War of the Seven Lances. In the aftermath of this war, Hell sought to claim a relatively defenseless world. Seven Lances is a rebalance on the excesses of Lord of Destruction in order to increase challenge and improve party play. This rebalance is focused in three areas: items, monsters, and characters.
