some of the rooms shouldn't have lights on, from my point of view it kinda looks like someone is being a derp by leaving all the lights hoping to get a big *** electricity bill, other then that it looks somewhat creepy

There are no lights on, the rooms are being lit by windows with natural light coming through them.

You could board up a couple of windows, make it seem less consistent.

Natural light can only come from one place, sun isn't in two places i assume ???
Also daytime, deserted buildings look much darker, because
they amit no light (only from the sun)
Not bad but iv'e seen better pictures from the same Mod

Light can bounce of brighter colours, if you notice the lights on the left side are brighter then the ones on the right, so you can assume the sun is somewhere to the left of the map and is lighting up a wall reflecting the light inside. If you've ever been inside an abandoned building you will see that rooms without any direct sun light can still be lit up from outside. Its called radiosity.
