The year is 1939. Poland celebrates the 21st year of independence regained after 123 years of partitions by Russia/Austria/Prussia. On September 1st armed forces of Germany and Slovakia, followed by Soviet Union on September 17th attack Poland - all without any war declaration, breaking the non-aggression pacts and international laws. An uneven struggle begins as Poland mobilises it's forces in face of the aggression. World War 2 begins - the most bloody and life-costing conflict in human history...
September 1939 mod reunites the former founding-fathers of the original Operation Flashpoint modification (MarekModel & Jaksa), bringing some "fresh blood" on board (such as myself, Abs, Lecholas and recently Vilas). Goal of ours is to recreate the weaponry, gear and armament of the Polish Army, as well as the opposing sides as truly to the historical facts as possible, including a believable 1930's environment, depicting Poland contemporary to the events.
3(+) fighting factions, 1 civilian faction - all featuring equipment never before seen to such an extent in a WW2 mod; We've raised the bar high for ourselves; but intend to keep the promise and hope to deliver as much of the original mod idea as possible.

Four factions, each with a vast array of original equipment, weapons, civilians and their vehicles - plus a believable environment... All of this requires a lot of work - if you feel like your 3D-modelling skills can come in handy and contribute to completion of the mod, or expansion of the current content; we invite you to contact us :)
Nice, going to keep my eye on this one :)
Will there be a campaign or scenarios/missions?
We do hope to include those of course - still, everything depends on several factors (mainly workforce though -> to have scenarios we need a map, objects, and of course the full palette of vehicles and units that will ensure some decent variety of missions). Let's just sit back now and see how things progress.
i gotta be honest - this is looking good as hell!
Tracking :D
Because Early War WWII is VERY rare ^_^
Dzięki, to zaledwie ułamek; ogromna praca dopiero przed nami ;)
Nieźle, dużo pracy już widać O.o'
I never said the Germans didn't have them but like the Polish 7TPs they were in limited numbers.
I know, but a few months back you said you weren't aware that they used them. just making it clear. :P
Oh, sorry for cutting in your discussion then ;) Thx btw. :)
