I decided not to upload the cars partly because my internet is slow and partly because they were originally made by Silver007. Instead i am giving the download link : Gtagaming.com Download them if you want as they are in a single link.

When is it out? I mean... with the basics, the cars and all that stuff.

asif when i download and install all the things you have uploaded says error why?
Maybe you have made a mistake while installing. To install the vehicles just use GTA Garage Mod Manager. For the weapon sounds, you can omit this one.
the vid lag cause he using fraps trying using something else like bandicam it never lags for me

I don't have a slow PC. I use Core 2 Quad 3.2 ghz and I don't know why the video lagged.
