I take this mod as a continuation and more features for the original ssh1. I don't see how articles written in "dank" mode affect this unless I see their actual work.
I suppose it's not a 'true' messup mod but there's still a lack of convincing gameplay goals, something Valve was very big on. Like I say though, that takes a backseat to the fact they are using assets of another modder without permission.
Is the original ssh's author still active? I don't know if he is... pity if It's true though. Really want to see more of that mod.
