The Music Mod for Braid replaces the soundtrack of the game with music composed specifically for this game. The modification includes 8 songs: Autonomy, Generativity, Identity, Industry, Initiative, Integrity, Trust and Intimacy. The original sounds and noises are not changed by the mod.
Trust is the first track I have composed. It is so to speak my Braid Theme. Several times, I still was cutting around and worked on the instruments and at the delay. Finally, I wanted the art, such as Braid is made of, bring into the music. There is the picturesque, cartoon-like world, the build-up play as SuperMario with jumping and the plants that come up from the ground. In addition, the new element of time and the puzzling and thoughtful story.
So I took the plucked instruments for the bouncing and fabulous part and the melancholy melody and the elongated orchestrated parts for the top-heavy part of the game.
