School: Source is a mod that puts you into the world of... well, high school. Below are the game types, MP will be released first.
MP: Basically Deathmatch. We will be working on other game types as well. You will basically spawn as one of about 8 player types (Emo, Nerd, Prep, Jock, etc.). With each of these player types will come different weapons.
SP: You lead a normal life. You go to high school, you have friends, etc. Nothing special. One day an enemy force invades the school, and nobody knows what they want. A battle erupts, everything looks bad for the students. "The enemy attacks the school. The teachers cower; the students don't." (-Jookey, Ideas). You lead a rebellion in an effort to bring back the normal life you had taken for granted.

Just a small update, we decided to show you a couple of renders of the weapons and models which include the cell shaded effect we promised. Just as a little treat!

I'd also like to take this time to announce a new conception artist to the team, ZitaX. If you would like to help out with School: Source, we are in need of a character artist. Swing by the forums and have a chat! On another note, we are no longer accepting level designers or beta testers at this time.

is this mod dead?
The mod is dead or presently in pause?
Once we hit beta stage we will then be able to give a slight estimate on the realse date. We are working on it. We are a small team of developers, so this can take some time.

Um, I used to have a chain and a bat in my highschool locker and I was a football player. So I guess it's possible kids could have anything in there. I even had a mini-fridge in mine at the bottom that ran on a solar panel I'd charge every weekend.....
I knew a guy who had a lead pipe, and a plastic PVC pipe filled with cement.
Quick question:
What the hell would you be doing in school with a KBar??? You guys should make a shiv or a pocket knife instead.
We already have a pocket knife a weapon similar to a shiv.
But please remember, people, this mod isn't about realism in the slightest, if it was, it wouldn't exist.

Collision.
The only thing that looks cell shaded is the locker. All the others are outlined with black... that's all.
