This mod, having been in development since release aims to bring back the epic feel and look of its predecessor- Forged Alliance. By scaling down most units and tweaking others, the overall look becomes much more impressive and realistic. Its not a walk down the street to the enemy's base anymore, but a marathon. This mod also brings back the drain-system of economy that Forged Alliance had to make the game much more strategic and fun.
This mod alters virtually every terrain texture file to improve tessellation, improving, in most circumstances the texture quality of the whole map. Some complex textures have been edited by hand, and others left out to try and make the most workable and doable texture improvement mod that I can do. This does replace the current textures.scd so back up when you install. This does not up the textures on units, nor DLC maps, unless demand becomes high for a mod for such. Please post all major bugs / feedback / suggestions. Any update for this mod will have to include substantial improvements since it is such a big file, 175% the size of the original textures.scd.
