I know that a lot of time has passed since my last news update on Scaedumar 2. Sincerely, I had found a way to revert back on the shader error count that I found on x86 systems, mainly from overloading with all the varied meshes and textures.

The only requirement to run Scaedumar 2 at the best settings for now is to have 4GB in RAM equipped on your PC, and it would be better if you run the game on a GPU with at least 1GB of VRAM. For the best and obvious result of course, I suggest that you run the game on an x64 OS.

These last days I have been working on a highly detailed map model in 3ds Max, that should offer a great landscape detail in the World Map. I am as well working on the last adjustments in Scaedumar 2 for Freelancer and Diplomacy, which both offer now a conceptualized version especially made for S2.

I wish everybody a Merry Christmas in the meanwhile, if I won't be able to connect and update the status of the mod again.

One very annoying thing, for me personally, was the fact that in Warband if 2 separate armies of one nation were near to an enemy (Who to each, individually, was too strong, but to them both combined was easy prey) The 2 armies would foolishly run backwards and forwards like brain dead rats next to each other...

If there is a way to fix this please do :) This would increase the realism of the game play in my opinion as it would mean armies of one nation could collaborate with each other , as they do in sieges, to fight one enemy, that if attempted individually, they would fail.

Yes. You can be ambushed.
And yes, troops are randomed.

Concerning the guest's questions, perhaps you could be given the option to hunt for your own food for the troops.
As for 'weird things happening', there could be a random bandit attack on a patrol you are in when you are camping. By being outnumbered - say 3 (including player) to 7 - you'd have to rely on skill to win.
