Cool! Will it have the 'fire on the move' ability that diamondbacks have in StarCraft II?
The liftoff seems pretty great. What's that other ability next to it?

For now, it cant attack while moving like sc2 diamodack (i always mess with the iscript and the turrets)
The other hability is the old stormraven blinding nova, but now also reduce the attack speed of affected units.

Uhm...Can you be more specific on that? Does that mean it can only be attacked by units that an attack air, like a marine? Or it can only be attacked by anti-air units, like the Valkyrie?

Also I'd rather have it hovering the moment it is built, instead of having to activate it. Unless there is some kinda restriction...

It can be attacked by any unit that hit air (i.e. marines, valkyries,mutalisk)
While hovering the unit consume energy (like cloak) and the hovering ability deactivate if energy is out.
