So, Why haven't we been posting many updates? As much as i hate to admit it it is really my fault. This year for me has been one of the worst years of my life and i've been struggling to get my life in order which really put a damper on the development of the mod. As if that weren't bad enough, My old pc pretty much died meaning that i was unable to work on anything for a very long time.
But now, things are looking up. I have a brand new PC and i'm just having a bit of trouble with getting code to build properly. I never said that this game was going to be out soon, and i'm not going to keep making promises i can't keep.
A quick warning for you all is that next year is going to be a very busy year for me, meaning i won't have as much time to dedicate to development.
That said, I promise to have some gameplay videos prepared soon, and will work on the game as much as i can.
Now that that's out of the way, while i was unable to do any game design i have been able to get together and re work the concept for the story (though none of it is finalized as of yet). Now, the story will hopefully be more accessible to those who haven't seen the movies while still being directly linked to them. With none of this finalized though i can't spoil too much.
Finally, to all those who've followed this mod over this past year, i'd like to give a big thank you.

Hammer is once again messed up for EP2 mods, hang in there guys, hopefully a fix comes soon. :(
I really want to play this, but I don't think I'll be able to watch the last 2 movies. The first 5 already nearly got me into a mental hospital xD (overrated but darmn.. it wasnt good.) And if this mod is as heavy as the movies, I would probably go insane just from that :D
The story will have allot of subtle nods to the previous movies, but will be mainly influenced by Saw 7.
If we end up driving you insane through this mod... then we have been successful.

After a while of consideration, the mod is now going to be first person. This will hopefully make the player feel more immersed into the world, and maybe scare the player more... Also a first person view will help us get the mod out for you guys to play sooner.
