Thank you for the mod. Is there a way to make so you have to still supply troops with ammo. Kinda just want unlimited ammo supply and troops - still would like to resupply them though.

I don't understand your question. FOBs have unlimited supply and all vehicles have infinite fuel, but besides that, no aspects of supply in the game are changed. You still have to resupply/repair your vehicles by means of supply transports.
