How about adding an uninstall feature as well as steam based san andreas support. The read me could use some work too, like warning people how badly this may f**k up their game. And have it come with the link to run it.

Dudes, ParoXum said he doesn't work on this anymore (I think, part of, because he was p1ssed off by some com's on GTAFORUMS). All you need to do is making a backup of your gamedir (at least the models > GTA3.img file) or use TDO's Recovering Tool -->

And it should NOT fuck up a game, it's only Textures, PHOTOS!!!
All it does is slowing down the loading --> "invisible buildings".

You can't mod the Steam version of games, Steam automaticly changes it back if you change a file in the game you downloaded from them, it's gay yes i know, but its usefull if someone accidently removed half of there game and steam auto downloads and reisntalls the missing files, sadly it works that way with everything and you can turn it off.
This is wrong. You CAN mod the STEAM games. Were did you get that idea? You just need to do a bit of reading to find out how it needs to be done so it dose not stuff up STEAM.
My game wouldn't load with these new textures before, but then i downgraded to 1.0 EVEN THOUGH the version i had before was installed straight from the dvd...
Newer versions seem to be patched from the dvd

hey, everytime i download this executable file it doesnt work. icons looks like the dos icon (cmd prompt) and opens then closes immidiately. ?!?! and its not a small file to download... so can any1 help me correct this prob? pls.
