As you can see Mod DB profiles are quite detailed. This allows for both mod authors to promote their mod to the max and gamers to find the exact type of gameplay they hunger for. This is just a demo profile showing off how a mod can look when fully filled in at Mod DB. If you happen to be a mod author then be sure to add your mod, or if you know a mod author tell him to add his!

The following news post is just a test, to check if the new 'Mod News Postage' feature works.
Basically this feature allows mod authors to specify where they want there news to show up. They can select for it only to be shown on their mods profile (appropiate for random informal news items which won't interest the general number of people passing through the moddatabase i.e. help wanted requests) or can specify that it be shown on the main moddatabase page along with all the other news! (appriopiate for general news such as mod updates, downloads etc...)
