Recompiled e1m6rq with Tyrann's compilers, using detail brushes and AO, for a lot more interesting shadows in the game. Planning to work more on this in the near future. See also the dev blog for more info and screenshots!

Anyone who'd like to be part of a Quake mod and gain experience working on a mod team, ROEM is looking for helping hands.

ROEM goes way back to 2007. A lot of environments and a huge codebase already exist. It is a no-BS operation and I intend to run a tight ship. Any contributors would get clear assignments on a scale of their own choosing. In return, you will most definitely earn the right to put "Mod team experience" in your CV and you will also get credit for your contribution. You will have worked on a large mod for one of the most classic games out there, Quake. If you'd like to participate, drop me a message.
