Return of Zombie Ops is a zombie modification for Call of Duty 4, it features content from Black Ops Zombie mode aswell as from Modern Warfare 3 Survival mode and Ghosts Extinction mode. It's set slightly in the future with some weapons from Ghosts, Black Ops series and Modern Warfare series.

You can select garment and a helmet, much like in MMORPGs, which will take effect on your stats, such as armor, weigth, inventory space and others. You got 4 types of armor to select from (stealth, light, medium, heavy) and ~3 heads per camo. You can equip a winter helmet to a desert body. Sniper helmets will not appear but take effect.
There are 4 types of camo (arctic, desert, forest, urban) plus three riot armors.
