i have a question...do the new models need new ingaming? or are they more of swapping the textures?

By looking the 3 Angmar heroes I am really hyped about the Witch King right now :)
Even if it is definitely better than the basic one I prefer the look from Edain mod or from game workshop but I'm looking forward
They are not trying to make a complete new model just better modelled and textured "vanilla" units lets say. If they wanted to make new models their model will crush Edain models in every aspect as they did in Age of the Ring mod.
The main thing is that we can't give Karsh any legs or change his design much beyond a floating ghost/wraith, because that would involve giving him a new animation set, which would involve changing Karsh's code, which we will not do. HD Edition is purely visual in order to ensure people that don't have it can still play against those that do.
i know, i know... and this is why as for every other models, i think that you make a wonderfull job, your model is perfectly well designed and textured it is the style i don't like and the style is from the original game ;)
