Rome: Total Realism is a complete modification for Rome: Total War developed by an international team of skilled individuals that now boasts a Phd level history researcher team which strives to bring you the most immersing, challenging and fun modification possible.
We have come a long way since the early heydays of 2005, the team has also changed and grown too; but what remains the same is the desire to make our mod a truly engrossing experience.
We are now working on our most adventurous modification yet, 7.0, and are soon to release our first faction preview.

what u need to do is go to start, all programs, rome total war open beta, then uninstall, oh, and plz can sum 1 help me make a mod? so far i can only customize buildings and thumbnails for units(im trying to make a gay, total war, where most things are rainbow coloured, and they have no weps but they slap each other :P) ty if ur willin to help

I used to have the LOTRTW mod, so i had pathced to latest version. Then i decided i wanted to play this mod instead so i reinstalled RTW so i could patch it to v 1.2. But the problem is even if i have reinstalled the game the patches are still installed and i have no clue how to remove them.

fined out the name of the patch then go into my computer and serch the name and then delete it. thats the best i can do
No no no. You most delete your folder to make a 100% uinstall.
I also recommend to Copy all your Rome total war folder and put it into a new folder (to ensure you don't mess up and to ensure that you can play vanilla and Realism. Though you can have multiple mods at the same time) :D
what do you do after you've downloaded the mod?
This is perhaps my favorite mod. With the CTD hotfix by Florin, Playing the Romans in a very bloody war with the Macedonians currently, sacking Macedonian cities in Attica, completely destroying all the buildings and moving on through their countryside laying waste as I pick up bands of mercenaries. Marius hasn't happened yet, and I can't wait to see what changes were made to that.
