 Introduction: 
Rome at War is a Third Century B.C. themed Multiplayer Mod (with SP in alpha stage) developed for Mount and Blade Warband V. 1.154

Features:
- 8 Historically accurate factions, Romani (Romans), Gallia (Gauls), Koinon Hellenon (Greek League), Makedonia (Macedonians), Safinim (Samnites), Megálê Hellás (Greek colonies of south Italy), Basileion Syrakosion (Greek colonies of Sicily), Epeiros (Epirus, between Illyria and Greece)
- Unknown number of Custom Maps 
- Dozens of ancient Weapons/armors/shields 
- New animations 
- Custom Banners 
- Custom options (Extra encumbrance, Class-limits)
- Early stage Singleplayer+ many more small gameplay changes

Q: Will you add faction X ?
A: We're not making any promises concerning upcoming factions, we follow our planning and eventually new factions are done.

Q: Will you add X item ?
A: If it fits our time frame then we will most likely add it as long as it is relevant, if it doesn't then we won't.

Q: Faction X is so OP/UP (overpowered/underpowered)!!!
A: That's not a question. Also we tested everything against everything in multiplayer a dozen times already and as far as I'm concerned it's relatively balanced. It seems to work decently in SP too so if all you have is one random empiric occurrence where you got your ass handed to you that won't be convincing of a faulty balance.

Q: Is the mod dead?
A: No.

Other things worth mentioning:
We do our own research so please be so kind to not point towards Rome II as a historical reference, we appreciate actual history books and physical evidence over movies/videogames. We do have a planning for what we are doing (most of the time) so there is no point in suggesting to us what our next move shall be. To add to my previous comment,ive noticed that with the Gauls, that when fighting in their army, when fighting the Romans, they wont charge, and only attack when the enemy army finally charges

There's quite a lot of scripting involved around city/castle behavior and I don't think the game would handle it well if some were added post compilation since faction objectives, lord behavior, trade, merchants, scenes, patrols would have to be updated frequently to take into account these new places. It's more pain than gain in my opinion. It would do well for a mini mod but you can forget it for a total conversion.
At this particular time there were two major Greek leagues, the Corinthian League (Corinth, Athens, Thebes, Argos, etc...) and the Aiatolian League as well as Independent city states such as Crete, Rhodes and Sparta (which later formed the Achaean League). At this point I don't think separating them would be beneficial.

I have noticed a bug though. The major one is in the northern Italian maps during battle, there will be a field that has a bridge over a deep valley. For some reason, the armies never attack each other :( Have to retreat and restart it to get a different map. Playing as a soldier in Brennus's army there. And a small bug, the bards and guild masters still call the land Calradia

And may I suggest in a future version, to cut the map down some? Its too big and empty, and I figure that takes up RAM or something. I'd say cut it down to Britain down to North Africa, and Spain to Western Anatolia for the time being :)

Also, I think that in the future, splitting some groups into multiple tribes might be a good idea. In the Europa Barbaroum mod for Rome Total War, for example, the Gauls are two different factions.

Hope ive been of some help, and keep up the good work! Looking forward to giving the Romans a good old barbaric asskickin!

SP have been for quite a long time implemented in the mod,
but we many times pointed that what you see today in SP is just a small progress in what it might look in the future
so at the moment we calling it an alpha version of SP

Keep up the good work, hope it gets completed in a grand epic..completion. Maybe even have War Elephants for some Carthaginian fun! :P

factions comes in a very slow way
we dont making faction if we dont have items to fit thems

even the current factions with are in the mod missing a lot of items

looks good, some good looking armour, awful weapon balance.... the spears are like harpoons and the swords are slow like snails
