They could create something like this? Thats some advanced metallurgy
I remember I saw ceremonial roman axe like this but used only as symbol, not for warfare

Apparently it was used for sacrifices, although AFAIK there is evidence for these types of axes being used in battle.

Romans had the Fascio, the bundle of sticks with the axe head symbolizing power, like the swastika it kinda lost its original meaning during the second world war, IRC Mussolini used it as his main symbol but don't take my word for it.
Etruscans used axes with their main phalanx to counter the enemy spears, we couldn't find examples of Etruscan axes apart from this one that seems to be a recurring model for them so it's as far as we could get.

I have read that Etruscans also used a double headed axe which was similar to the Greek labris, but I dont know if they were used as a symbol of authority or they had a combat role. (and I dont mean those huge axes that appear on google images)
Anyway, those axes you made are so beautiful

well axe form seems to be quite good designed to be used in battlefield
and it seems here isnt any other etruscan axe references with could fit 300BC
most artist who did etruscans art with the axe using that axe as reference
