Roma Surrectum 2 is a full conversion mod to Rome Total war 1.5 and the predecessor to the original Roma Surrectum mod featuring unique Roman legions, new factions, units and a stunning high detailed map. Roma Surrectum 2 is developed for Rome Total war, but it will also run on both of it's expansions, Barbarian invasion and Alexander.

The RS2.5 beta patch has been released.
Since the changes are quite huge, we couldn't properly test it entirely, that's why we call it a beta, but we are fairly confident they are no game breaking bugs.
New features include :
- 6 new factions
- a totally revamped trait and ancillary system
- improved forts, buildings and settlements.

just had my first battle on RS, only problem i found is i wasnt able to have the deploy time at the start before the battle, so i was just plunked straight into the fight with all my units in rather bad positions, any ideas how to sort that out?
wow, the downloading for this is confusing as hell, shall i download the 2 parts off of here yet it sais out of 6? or do i do the TWCenter one? :S
Could you make an all in one installer? I just struggle getting all this to work

This mod is da bomb man. I love it very much. Love the legions man. I can civilize the world as the romans. How wonderful.
There's nothing much civilized which Romans brought to other people, only war and evils. In fact, Celts for example, had their own cities, money. You think civilized people are the ones who have many cool buildings, right, eh?..
You are right partially.Romans have brought wars and "evils" to other people but they brought them a new law and administrative system.But let's not forget who civillised the romans.The greeks done it.You know that phrase :the conqueror has been conquered.

I'm trying to get Roma Surrectum II running. I have got Rome total war Gold and Alexander purchased by Steam. I have downloaded all the content that's required for the installation of Roma Surrectum II, but i'm not getting it to work.
I'm not quite sure what to do no i have a steam installation of the Total war series. Could you please help me?
