Rogue Phoenix Mod for Quake III Arena Members

Rogue Phoenix is the ultimate revival of a gaming legacy and legend. The original Rainbow Six: Rogue Spear, released in 1999, proved to be one of the finest tactical shooters, if not the finest, ever created. The objective of this mod is to bring back the original game-play style and Team Rainbow to the Quake 3 engine and show what is possible with the unlimited nature of the Quake 3 Engine. By using the Quake 3 Engine, we will have the capabilities of a creating a Rainbow that provides the enhanced "netcode" that everyone complains Rainbow 6 lacked. Some other notable features that will be included for "free" would be improvements to the rendering engine, such as per-pixel lighting (Compliments of the Q3-Evolution Engine) We want to create a game that will bring back the original game of Rainbow to an engine that will be best for Rainbow's full potential.
