The Mod Launcher is a tool that allows users to install and run Fallout Tactics mods, customize their game play experience and make modding Fallout Tactics a little easier. The Mod Launcher was originally designed to be a platform for modders, it was made to help you create your own Fallout Tactics mods! It makes sharing your mods easier too! By creating slave core folders that are easy to upload and are completely separate from the Fallout Tactics core folder so there is zero unnecessary files uploaded, just modded content.

This is the official Enclave install tutorial!!! It's finally here!
It may look really hard and complex to install just by a glimpse but trust me it's mostly examples and me jabbering. ;)

Since some of you are finding it hard to install Enclave using the standard Mod Launcher instructions i figured I'd make a advanced tutorial for you guys/girls that are having trouble.

First, you need to download the files: Moddb.com - This sometimes is the hardest part.

Second, you will need a opener so download 7-Zip 9.30 alpha via the links bellow, if you are using a older version or if you don't know?? You should update just to be sure! It's very important that you use this version+

This is a development version of 7-Zip.
Don't use 7-Zip 9.30 alpha to process important files and archives unless you use it with cushion!

7-Zip for 32-bit Windows: Dl.7-zip.org or Dl.7-zip.org
7-Zip for 64-bit Windows x64: Dl.7-zip.org

Link to 7-Zip 9.30 alpha forum: Sourceforge.net

Don't worry about the Warning above, this is the most stable newer version available, I wouldn't give you something that would harm your computer or your computers contents, even so i must add the warning for your files safety and this link to the last released official version of 7-Zip, I'm not sure if this version will extract the files properly so if someone would like to test this for me that would be great!

Third, after your Enclave files are (all) installed and in the same place for instance: Enclave.zip.001, Enclave.zip.002, Enclave.zip.003, Enclave.zip.004, etc... must all be in the same directory to extract properly, preferably on your desktop.

Open your 7-Zip go to the directory that your files are in and extract (only) Enclave.zip.001 to the same directory as your Enclave ZIP files, It will auto extract the other archives, you (cannot) extract any other Enclave ZIP files other than the first one, so don't try and (don't) rename any of the files!

Forth, now that the files are extracted you need to download the Mod Launcher and Enclave's plugin file.

Install both the Mod Launcher and Plugin file to your Fallout Tactics folder, here are the normal install directories:

"C:\Program Files (x86)\GOG.com\Fallout Tactics"
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Interplay\Fallout Tactics"
"C:\Program Files (x86)\14 Degrees East\Fallout Tactics"
"C:\Program Files\GOG.com\Fallout Tactics"
"C:\Program Files\Interplay\Fallout Tactics"
"C:\Program Files\14 Degrees East\Fallout Tactics"

...Or, where ever you installed the darn thing...

Fith, once the Mod Launcher and Plugin file is installed move (only) your freshly extracted "Enclave" folder to your Fallout Tactics directory as well.

Here is a example of where it should be located at in your Fallout Tactics directory:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\GOG.com\Fallout Tactics\Enclave"
The moment you've been waiting for, you finally get to play but before you get too excited you will need to read this first :P :D this Now that you know what's what and how it all works you can open up your Mod Launcher by clicking on "ModLauncher.exe" located in your Fallout Tactics directory or if you installed the Mod Launcher with the Automated install you should have a desktop shortcut.

Here is a example of where it should be located at in your Fallout Tactics directory:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\GOG.com\Fallout Tactics\ModLauncher.exe"

Hope this helps!
