Rise of the Reds – or ROTR for short – improves upon the C&C Generals formula while also adding its own distinct elements to it. Most notably, the mod adds two completely new factions, the tank-heavy Russian Federation and the defence-oriented European Continental Alliance. In addition, the three original factions China, USA and GLA have been greatly expanded and redesigned in a variety of ways, with several new units, buildings, powers and abilities to explore and combine in your in-game tactics.

I'm with SWR sinse SHv9.5,and so far they are the best modes i'v seen for this game(by gameplay category).

what maps have the shipyard tech buildings?
There's a few of them, look for maps on the map-pack that have large open areas of water since it's best to balance Battlehships that way. Here's a few on the top of my head:
Lost Cause, Bay of Retaliation, Hostile Horizons, Bridge Wars, ec etc (there's a lot more but we don't have a list, some of them have been converted to be navy)
Either way after 1.8 we're fixing to make a comprehensive Navy Overhaul (or maybe for 2.0) so they're used more often and be faction specific. =)
