Rise of the Reds – or ROTR for short – improves upon the C&C Generals formula while also adding its own distinct elements to it. Most notably, the mod adds two completely new factions, the tank-heavy Russian Federation and the defence-oriented European Continental Alliance. In addition, the three original factions China, USA and GLA have been greatly expanded and redesigned in a variety of ways, with several new units, buildings, powers and abilities to explore and combine in your in-game tactics.
Introduced in the 1980s in order to replace the relatively unsophisticated Shilka, the Tunguska was originally armed with a set of two 30mm autocannons and four surface-to-air missiles. A new version of the vehicle was adopted during the modernisation of Russia's military arsenal in the 2030s: The Tunguska-M2 essentially combined the sturdy tracked chassis of the original model with the more advanced weapon platform and targeting systems of the lighter Pantsir-S1 vehicle, making it one of the most reliable self-propelled anti-aircraft weapons in the world.
So, its a Pantsir system on a Tunguska chassis?

Pantsyr has modigications with different chassis, so this one is just Pantsyr on tracked chassis.

Idk if this is a off-topic question but, are you guys going to re-size the infantry of the mod to be smaller?
Not gonna happen because a.) we don't care about realism and b.) making them smaller would make them indistinguishable.
I also cant wait to see the updated version of the Golem. Its my most favorite tank. :3

Not likely, we're currently in process of overhauling the voice overs of the Russian faction with custom voices overs recorded by our team of voice actors.
I don't use the americans blackhawk purely because of the voice acting.

There are some that ought to be updated, that's for sure. Blackhawk is certainly one of them; considering they were one of our first custom recordings I'll take this into account. There's a few I'd like to re-cast or re-record. We're going to retouch them at some point but newer ones take priority.
Also do a re-recording of the Conscripts and the Sentinel! :D as for the Kodiak. DAMN DAT VOICE IS SEXY.
