Rise of the Reds – or ROTR for short – improves upon the C&C Generals formula while also adding its own distinct elements to it. Most notably, the mod adds two completely new factions, the tank-heavy Russian Federation and the defence-oriented European Continental Alliance. In addition, the three original factions China, USA and GLA have been greatly expanded and redesigned in a variety of ways, with several new units, buildings, powers and abilities to explore and combine in your in-game tactics.
Constructed under the supervision of General Willem van der Meer, the Tech Blockade Fortress is the centre-piece of many sectors along the ECA's Eastern border. The heavily reinforced concrete walls can withstand any attack and the structure holds enough fireports to cover every possible angle of approach. In addition, the Fortress comes equipped with a battery of powerful anti-air missiles, allowing it to defy aerial assaults as well. Commanders who find themselves within reach of these looming fortresses are advised to either occupy or demolish them as fast as possible.

Just wondering, was this in some way inspired by the RA2 Tech Outpost? Also, the missile turret does seem rather like a RA2 Patriot Missile System.

Guess its a good balanced...Shockwave Fortress have a powerful cannon while ROTR have a powerful anti-air defense...Good enough for me :D

Now that's a fortress! The structure looks like it ought to hold 20+ infantry, but I'm guessing with the command set limitations we're only going to have ten.
1st,you can have at least 12 infentry if I recall right.
2nd,I think I'v seen a mod where the garrison tab of something did not contain all of the garrisoned units,and it filled up as you freed place by ungarissoning units.(all units where inside)

I know this is probably the wrong place to be reporting this, but this building causes the world builder to crash when it comes into view and when I restart or quit a map that has them it soft-crashes.
