Rise of the Reds – or ROTR for short – improves upon the C&C Generals formula while also adding its own distinct elements to it. Most notably, the mod adds two completely new factions, the tank-heavy Russian Federation and the defence-oriented European Continental Alliance. In addition, the three original factions China, USA and GLA have been greatly expanded and redesigned in a variety of ways, with several new units, buildings, powers and abilities to explore and combine in your in-game tactics.
In this screenshot we can see the Grizzlies using their new ability called "Frag Burst".
This ability will fire several frag grenades directly above the Grizzly which shower the surrounding area with lethal shrapnel.
This proves devastating to nearby infantry for both friend and foe but does not have any effect on vehicles.
It is worthy to note that this is a manual ability and has a pretty lengthy cool-down after each use.

the Grizzly really reminds me of a Sherman tank
Internally nicknamed "F**k Off Burst", because this pretty much what it does.
It rather says: "Cyka blyat, Hijacker"
So yeah no more free Grizzly for my GLA army :(

Oh, please! Just means you have to send one to trigger the launcher first.
Is it going to be available from beginning or you need to research it?
Things like this may always change during development cycle, so the answer won't matter much.
Looks very similar to ECA's close quarters anti infantry grenades.
Could it have been reverse engineered?
